Important: Please make sure to enter your full name exactly as it appears in your passport. This helps avoid any issues when receiving your order.

At the moment, we offer shipping within Russia only using the following methods:

• In-Store Pickup
Pickup address: 74 Ligovsky Prospekt, Saint Petersburg, Loft Project ETAGI
(Street entrance, first shop around the corner on the right)
Opening hours: Daily from 12:00 to 21:00

• Russian Post
All orders are packed in secure padded envelopes or boxes.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided after the order is handed over to Russian Post and can be viewed in your account.
Orders are dispatched once a week. Delivery time is 1–2 weeks, depending on your region.

• CDEK Delivery Service

Pickup point — collect your order at a nearby CDEK location of your choice.
Courier delivery — your order will be delivered to your door; the courier will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient time.

Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days after payment.
(Shipping time may be extended during sales or promotional periods.)
All shipments are sent via ground transportation.
Tracking numbers will be available in your account after the order is transferred to CDEK.

Quality & Returns

We carefully package every order. However, if you receive a book with a printing defect, please contact us at support@drugoepublishing.ru — we’ll send you a replacement at our expense. If you are using CDEK, please inspect your order before signing any documents. We will not be able to help if damage is reported after the fact.
