1. Definitions
1.1. Online Store — the website located at https://drugoepublishing.ru/.
1.2. Visitor — an individual who visits the online store without the intent to place an order.

2.5. The offer is deemed accepted when a Visitor registers on the website, places an order without logging in, or confirms an order by phone.
2.6. By placing an Order, the User agrees that the Seller may delegate contract fulfillment to third parties while remaining responsible for the outcome.

5.2. If a Product is out of stock, it may be removed from the Order or the Order canceled. Customers will be notified by email or phone.
5.3. In case of a canceled prepaid Order, the cost will be refunded via the original payment method.
5.4. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information for order fulfillment.
5.5. The delivery date may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Delivery
6.1. Pickup is available at: Ligovsky pr. 74, Loft Project ETAGI, St. Petersburg.
6.2. Delivery delays may occur for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
6.3. Orders may be handed over to third parties if authorized by the Customer.
6.4. Delivery personnel may request identification upon delivery.
6.5. Risk transfers to the Customer upon receipt of the package.
6.6. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and method.
6.7. The Seller's obligations end upon successful delivery.
6.8. Inspect the product upon delivery before signing any documents.

7.1. Prices are in Russian rubles and do not include VAT.
7.2. If a pricing error occurs, the Customer will be informed. Orders may be canceled and refunded if necessary.
